Do you provide free pick-up and delivery services?
Yes. We provide free pick-up and delivery services from the Trade center to the Discovery gardens area.
What bag do I use for my first order?
You can place your laundry in any bag. We will make sure to segregate your dry cleaning items from your laundered items. Once we’re done with the cleaning process, we will deliver it in a personal laundry bag, with a nametag attached, that includes your address, phone number, and preferences.
How do I redeem a coupon?
While placing your order via telephone or through our website, you can schedule a pick-up and then place your coupon inside the laundry bag that you send to us. We will apply the coupon value upon receiving it at the cleaning plant. You can also drop off your clothes at the flagship store and present your coupon there.
What is your policy if I am missing a personal item left in the pocket of my garment?
We request you ensure that all items have been removed from your pockets before the pickup. We have a trustworthy team who will do their best to safeguard your personal items. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any item that is removable or not a part of the garment.
Are you able to remove any stain from the garment?
Although we cannot guarantee it in all situations, with a highly-skilled staff and premium cleaning products, we work tirelessly towards eliminating every stain.
What if I notice a defect after receiving my garments?
In rare cases where garments are damaged or lost, please contact us within 48 hours of your delivery. After the stipulated time period, we cannot assume any responsibility for a damaged or missing item.
Why do garments change colour after cleaning?
Garments undergo a chemical reaction when they come in contact with a bleaching agent, alkaline, or acidic substance. With professional dry cleaning services, you can prevent such harsh discoloration and maintain the quality of your fabric.
